About this tool

Premium tool — preview with sample data

The Race Setup calculator fine-tunes your qualifying and race setups for the upcoming GPRO race using the live weather forecast, fuel load and tyre choice. It builds on the Car Setup formulas and adds session-specific adjustments so Q1, Q2 and the race each get their own values.

How it works

  1. Load the next GPRO race; the track data and the Q1, Q2 and race weather are filled in automatically.
  2. Adjust the fuel load, tyre compound and risk you plan to use in each session.
  3. Calculate the setup for each session and copy the values into gpro.net.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Car Setup and Race Setup?
Car Setup gives one setup for one set of conditions. Race Setup produces separate Q1, Q2 and race setups and accounts for the fuel load and tyre compound you plan to run.
Do I need to enter the weather myself?
No. GPRO Hub fetches the official forecast for the next race and refreshes it regularly, but you can override any value manually.
